In this work the relationship with images assumes an accumulative and encyclopedic character. Transfiguring an old circular file, in effect manipulating its function, is meant to free the knowledge from the scientific telos and therefore the study of the world – in this case of animal forms – is nothing but an act of love, a collection of pure images.The form of the file thus assumes the symbolic value of circularity in an endless and purposeless archive. The photographs, taken from old informative encyclopedias, are presented without a specific order and can be consulted freely.
